This is my first serious build on this hobby and my first also in ARC.  For this build I choose the subject from our own Air force during WW2.  The kit I used was the Hasegawa 1/48 scale, this is OOB build and I decided to use the Philippines "Shark of Zambales" decals from Haribon Decals specially ordered in Zamboanga Philippines.  Mr.Color and Alclad paints were also used on this model, and 2B pencil lead powder for weathering.  The kit's fit is very good for me, although there are some surprises during the process of painting, specially the clear coat over Alclad (acrylic clear coat tends to eat the Alclad paint) but I managed to rectify it by spraying over a water based clear.  Then after totally dry, I apply the acrylic clear coats.  I'm happy with the result.  And my friends comments was "not bad for a beginner".

Learning from the my errors of assembly, painting and finishing inspires me for my next model. Probably another plane from Philippine Air Force.

I hope you enjoy viewing.  Happy modeling to all!
