This is my 1/48 P-51 K
finished in the markings of “KH528
GA-S” from RAF 112nd Squadron in
Italy early 1945.

The base kit is Tamiya P-51 D. It s converted simply to “K” model by
using the Ultracast Aeoroproducts propeller and spinner
#48138 with Aeromaster decal sheet #48-669.
During the construction I decided to improve the model by using some Ultracast
beauties which are listed as follows:

In the cockpit, I used Eduard cockpit set And
the lower coolant radiator exhaust door actuator bar is
added by using the inner of a thin
electrical cord .

The painting was done with Gunze
Sangyo acrylics. The camouflage scheme is US applied ANA colours. I
used Gunze H 317 for the lower
surfaces, H 331 and H 052 for the upper surfaces.
It
is finished by applying a
matt coat after the artist oil paint washing.
