Remember my "fatally flawed" Trumpeter Me 262B? Well, I could not get much sleep following the discovery. I then, decided to correct the issue and got the old Hasegawa kit. Speaking about fatal flaws...

This kit is not to be touched by a 262 fan. Nonetheless, they got it right where Trumpeter is all wrong. In addition, I used Trumpeter's 262A as a platform for the modification. This is an exquisite kit. No joke. Panel lines and riveting of the fuselage are better than the wing (used for the 262B version.)

So, there you got it; a 1/32 "Red 12", which is a well photographed night Schwalbe that looks closer than ever to its authentic counterpart.
