This new decal sheet from Cutting Edge Modelworks includes markings for two different 1/48 B-25's.

The first aircraft is a B-25H-1-NA with the 1ACG.  This B-25 was flown by Lt. Ralph Lanning and was the personal transport of Brig Orde Wingate.  The paint scheme is Olive Drab on top and Neutral Gray on the underside.  Markings include narrow diagonal strips on the rear fuselage and yellow plane #'s on the tail....34211.  The noseart is a beautiful naked redhead with a classic 1940's hairstyle in a sitting position with her breasts fully exposed.  The artwork for this aircraft has a white decal to go underneath the noseart decal.  Beside the noseart is yellow text that reads "Erotic Edna".

The second aircraft is a B-25J-11-NC with the 345 BG/501 BS.  This B-25 was flown by Capt. James Underwood and was lost Jan 9 1945 over Sibuyan Island, Pl.  The paint scheme is Olive Drab on top and Neutral

Gray on the underside.  Markings include artwork on the tail of a Native American Indian Chief in full feathered head dress and yellow plane #'s on the tail....012.

The noseart is a alluring blonde with a classic 1940's hairstyle in a sitting position wearing a small dress.  The artwork for this aircraft has a white decal to go underneath the noseart decal.  Beside the noseart is yellow text that reads "Lazy Daisy Mae".

The noseart decals are delicate and two are included for each plane in case you mess up the first ones.  Exacting instructions are included on how to prepare and install these decals…..read these instructions carefully to avoid disaster.  Apparently these noseart decals are very thin and need special care, but once installed they will look very accurate and realistic.  The nose art decals are printed on a one piece decal sheet, so you’ll need to cut the decal free from the rest of the decal film…..patience is the key here.  The noseart decal is beautifully printed with fantastic detail and lovely shading.

The instructions are clear and include 2 views of each aircraft and an extra page of text instructions  with helpful tips for decal application.

A very nice decal sheet and  sure to please the lucky 300 people that manage to buy one of these limited edition sheets.
