This set is well thought out set with it's combination of resin and photo etch parts. Templates are included to help you drill the holes in the correct locations in the wings for the mounting braces.
There are 2 pages of instruction in the usual line drawing format that Eduard is famous for and which are so easy to follow. Painting instructions are also included.
You may be required to fold the photoetch in this set, but if you have one of the Hold & Fold photo etch benders from The Small Shop, then this will be an easy process. They have a variety of benders for sharp corners as well as rounded corners and in many different sizes.
It is critical you are aware that the tubes are pointing up about a 15 degree angle because the rockets were pointed in an incline to get the best distance to shoot down the tightly packed bomber formations. These rockets only had a 15% accuracy rate, so they were deployed with a full squadron attacking at the same time. The advantage to these rockets as they had the ability to be launch from outside the range of the defensive guns on the bombers.
It's a treat to see this detail set. The WGr.21 was used on the Bf-109G as well as other interceptor aircraft (check your references). These rockets will be an excellent and interesting loadout for your next Bf-109G.
