This latest release from SBS Model features a complete resin cockpit for the Bf-109E-3/4 from Hasegawa and Tamiya.

This cockpit set is designed for the Hasegawa and Tamiya kits and includes;

  • Resin cockpit floor and 1 seat with molded in lap seat belts

  • Resin side walls that are detail rich and very accurate looking.

  • 2 Instrument panel in resin panels...one for the Tamiya kit and one for the Hasegawa kit.  These are smooth resin instrument panels with no surface detail.  The gauges will be added with the acetate gauges and PE instrument panel face.

  • Acetate panels for the instrument panel

  • Photo Etch panels for the instrument panel

  • Photo Etch Armour plate for behind pilots head

  • Photo etch trim wheels for the side of cockpit

  • Small resin bits to detail the cockpit including control stick etc

  • Photo etch detail parts including rudder pedals with foot straps, control handles for instrument panels, shoulder seat belts and much more

  • You get photo etch shoulder seat belts to pose any way you please

  • The resin gun site has a clear acetate glass.

The quality of the resin casting is flawless and bubble free.  The detail is crisp and rich and the completeness of the parts is very impressive.

You get 2 pages of instruction which includes paint instructions which is very appreciated.

I was very impressed with how inclusive this cockpit set is.  It seems to include everything I would want in my Bf-109 Emil cockpit and the mixture of resin and photo etch and acetate parts makes this a very complete set.

You can purchase this and other fine resin detail items directly from SBS Model or from the many retailers that carry their products.
