This is a model that when I first saw it I just had to have it, unfortunately for my poor husband who wanted to buy it for me for Christmas it is also out of production and very difficult to get hold of (this seems to happen to me a lot!). Fortunately for me after a very extensive search, he managed to dig one out from some obscure mail order company somewhere.

Now to the kit, this model goes together very well, is perfect to build out of the box (which I did apart from the minor personal addition of my own hair painted dark green for the radio aerial!). I used xtracrylix paints for this model (Hellblau, Sandgelb, Schwarzgrun and Dunkelgrun) and my trusty Iwata airbrush. The decals were very simple to apply, with the design of the snake decal being particularly good. The canopy was a bit of a pain and I resorted to scribing, spraying then sanding with a very fine micromesh to achieve the desired result. The model has been lightly weathered with Promodeller (Flory Models) black weathering wash.

Overall this kit was a joy to build and will be a great addition to my modelling cabinet (especially as it is very small so will actually fit!).
