This is another old Revell kit as it was dated on 1986.  This aircraft represents “The Trojan Warhorse,” flown by an unknown pilot from the 86th FS, 79th FG, 12th Air Force, stationed in Italy.  This was an OOB build and the only aftermarket item used was the EagleCals, P47 Thunderbolt decal set (EC#106).  I used MM’s paints and the NMF finish was accomplished using silver chrome silver to make it shine.  The decals were great to work with and I certainly love the finished product.

This was a rather simple build and the only improvement made to it was drilling the tip of the wing machine gun barrels.  This was a double P-47 build (the other was a Razorback model), and I had no issues during the build for either one of the kits.

I hope that you enjoy the photos.
