Hello again everyone :) This is my Tamiya Beaufighter Mk.VI Night Fighter of RAF 600th SQN. I made this kit in 2010.

This Beaufighter was made straight out of the box and the fit of this kit was excellent, I had to do a little bit of filling here and there but not much at all.  The paints I used was mainly Vallejo paints for the interior of the aircraft and for the black paint job I used Tamiyas flat black mixed with a little white to tone down the black I also used a different shade to show replaced panels and also to help break the black up a little.  I also used oil washes and pastels to enhance the panel lining which again breaks up the black paint work, then I gave the beau some chipping all over, I used Humbrol enamels for the chipping effects.

I really hope you enjoyed my Beaufighter article and over the coming months there will be more of my work to see. Thank you for looking.
