Here is my Basler Turbo BT-67 from U.S. Forest Service.  I think for the basic Italeri/Revell C-47/DC-3 kit I don't have to say anything more.  I designed a conversion set for this model.

For the conversion to the Basler Turbo, the fuselage must be cut up.  The fuselage extension for my conversion had stretched during production, but that's not a big problem with resin. Heating with hot water, bend, hold and cooling.

The cabin floor is 14 mm longer and the front cabin wall slides forward 21 mm.  For the Basler conversion, the front upper part of the engine cowling is removed, cut off the wings and glue each of the corresponding resin parts.

The model was painted with Gunze White, Revell Lufthansa Yellow, Model Master International Orange and Humbrol Black.  The decals are from Draw Decal.

Happy modelling from Saxony
