F-16CM 148FW 5th Gen Have Glass Viper
Fifth generation Have Glass is a new paint scheme with
the ability to reduce radar signature. This paint is dark gray and has a sheen
at certain angles. F-16s were painted entire the aircraft with this scheme
My subject is a F-16C from 179th FS, 148th FW Minnesota Air National Guard is painted 5th Gen HG. This particular aircraft was the first 5HG
deployed to Afghanistan battlefield in 2012. I am admired the bulldog
on her tail.

The 5HG paint is
close to FS 36076 that is unavailable in LHS. My
experimental paint is mixed from GSI Mr.Color 339 (FS16081), 326 (FS 15044) and 72 (intermediate blue).
This model replicated landing-taxiing aircraft. So, the speed brakes are open and the exhaust closed. The load out were transit configuration,
only gas bags and travel pods.
