The model that I am going to introduce is an F-104G starfighter from Italeri, 1/32 scale. I must start by saying that one of the inaccuracies of this kit is the engraving of different panels ..... fact while the tail and wings have a tracking net and end, for the rest of the model, especially on the back of the fuselage incisions are inaccurate and coarse.

Although there are these inaccuracies, it is still a great model, with foil decals huge and varied. For this nice kit, I just added an Aires seat, and the decals from ICARUS, very fine and precise.

The construction is very simple, with a great interior, where the instrument panel has undergone small changes, that I drilled behind each instrument and I applied the decals which was scheduled just above the instrument panel.

I also helped with the products of TRUE-EARTH, very useful especially for the surfaces to aging or to the different shades. After preparing surfaces for painting, I applied a preshading with black, and the subsequent steps were of thin glazes for each color of camouflage, and after you have finished with the colors Gunze, I run the washing with tempering gray- dark. Then I applied the clear gloss in preparation for the laying of the decals, which with the help feom MR. Mark Softer of the Gunze have adapted perfectly. After another passage of clear gloss I applied unevenly the varnish opaque to give a yield, thanks to the clearing of colors, enough "cooked" typical climate Greece. I prepared a base where I have spread the grout to simulate Airport runway, and oil leaks on the ground.

In the end I can say that the model satisfies me very much, I hope you too !!!!
