Definitely an advanced scale modeling project with customized construction features needed with added but modified Eduard B-24D cockpit photo etch, full antenna suite, and scratch built AN-M2 20 mm nose cannons as carried by the Privateers of VPB-108 based on Iwo Jima, July 1945.

Finish is Rustoleum gloss gray enamel primer followed by gloss black enamel panel pre-shading. Color coats are Tamiya Flat White, Tamiya Medium Blue and Sea Blue faded with flat white at varying proportions and applied sporadically among panels. Future gloss coated for decals (mix of Koster kit, Microscale national insignia, and spares) followed by sealing with Testors GlossKote lacquer, light weathering and final Testors Dullcote with a small amount of Tamiya Buff to tone down the colors. Antenna wires are Infini line and EZ-line fine with scratch built fittings.
