Hello
Everybody. I always looked at the models of others, but now I want to change
that and would like to present one model by myself.
The
original:
This
model is the plane with the tailnumber 37+56, which was last in use in JG 74
Moelders. It is a QRA - plane (Quick Reaktion Alert) which one can identify
clearly at the four sharp AIM - 9 L Sidewinders. Unfortunately this plane got
lost in a tragic way on September 13th 1995 on an exercise flight
near Haselbach/Germany. The crew lost their lives…

The
model:
It
is the plane F-4F Phantom II of Revell/Hasegawa in 1/48.
The
fit can be described as good to very good. Therefore it is suited to beginners
and no great problems should be expected. Except for a few little things the
model is from the equipment of OOB and was painted with colours of Gunze.
The
attachments are:
- ejectionseats of Verlinden
- Decals
Norm 90J Camouflage of Airdoc
- F-15 Centerline- tank of
Airdoc
- and
AIM – 9 L sidewinders of the weaponset of Hasegawa
