Today I would like to present some
pictures of my MiG-21PF Academy 1:48. Plane is painted and marked in
Syrian Air Forces during Yom Kippur war in 1973. I did a small diorama with a piece
of desert airfield, let's say somewhere near Damascus. I used Verlinden resin parts
in the front to expose radar set and electronic bay. Cockpit has been taken from
Pavla and mixed with some Part photoetched parts.

The most difficult thing was adjusting the CMK
resin wheel bays into the center fuselage. The handcarts for the radar and
fuel tank were made from scratch. As usual for my models also this
one have been painted with acrylic Gunze C paints and a bit weathered.
I hope you like it.
Best regards;
Artur Oslizlo
