My first attempt at
a Hasegawa Hornet after coming back to modelling from a 15 ish year break. The
kit is pretty easy to build, just a few issues with the intricacy of the nose
and intakes to overcome. Patience and lots of dry fitting are advised though
and these leave just a little bit of sanding to do at the end.

The model was
completed using the Aires cockpit and a combination of Afterburner,
CAMpro and kit decals. Paint was done using Humbrol enamels and
Xtracrylix varnish, followed by Promodellers wash and another cost of
varnish.
This was the first
time that I had ever attempted to build a kit to this level and am very
pleased with the outcome.
Hope you enjoy.
