Yugoslavia has used a a variety of
Aircraft types from the US and the former Soviet Union. This new decal sheet
release from Linden Hill focuses on the MiG jet aircraft used by the
Yugoslavian Airforce. This review focuses on the 1/48 decal set
(although a 1/72 set is also available). Included are 2 decal
sheets and one black and white 31 page instruction book.
The instruction book covers
MiG-21's, MiG-23's, and MiG-29's. In total this decal sheet permits you to
build 20 different Mig's as flown by the Yugoslav Airforce (although there
aren't enough national insignia's to build all 20). Below is a sample scan

The decals are printed by
Propagteam and are in perfect register and have very solid looking colors, but
the decals aren't overly thick and look as though they will apply very
well. The instruction book includes FS #'s for all the colors needed for
each aircraft. It also tells you what sections of the plane are gunmetal
or polished Aluminum etc. The instruction book also includes info on the
different variants of MiG featured in this decal set.
This is a very nice product and
is sure to be a welcome item to folks interested in building Yugoslavian MiG's.
I'd like to thank Linden Hill
Imports for sending me this review sample.
