I'm pleased to
begin today's update with news of a new company that makes
and sells decals for cockpit instrument panels They
are called Airscale

releases planned for the future. Airscale's focus is to produce
cockpit instrumentation with a much higher degree of accuracy than
you will find in kit parts or decals. They offer full panel
decals as well as individual decals for each instrument,
so they look like they have a product to suit each modeller. Check
out their website.....you're going to love what you see. |

Rafi Ben-Shahar has done an impressive job finishing his 1/48 Accurate Miniatures IL-2 Stormovik. Rafi
chose a very interesting route with regards to painting his
Stormovik,
he decided on a fresh from the factory look, before the plane had
it's final painting. A neat looking model and I do find the
paint scheme a treat to see.
